Fast double clear, just missing being placed and a rosette at 2'6", but it was an open competition with some far more experienced [affiliated]riders and horses  -  so not bad as it was also first competition for months.

Got 5th equal in the Chase me Charlie, at a good height, which I was pleased with as first time I had tried this event, and hadn't done much high jumping over winter. 

I was a bit jealous this evening when I saw Ellie grooming and riding Darcy.

Had a lovely stretching and massaging session today.  I was so chilled and relax the lady doing it asked if I had been sedated!

After lots of scary noises for weeks, I finally got to see and try the new school.  I was a bit surprised how far up it was and even more surprised when I saw the jump down coming out.

There seems to be lots of new horses and people this weekend including in my field! 

Clipped today.  Obviously I wasn't meant to have a thick coat in the winter.  Thanks!  I didn't mind though and I do look better for it.

They tried pulling my mane as well, but managed to break their comb.  They managed to smarten me up a bit first though.

I was entered into a couple of Dressage events today.  I don't think I'm a dressage horse.  I was more interested in jumping the plastic strips marking the edges.

Got a 1st in the 2'3" at Parley.

Wow, what a big show.  Haven't done anything like this before.  Hated that the Donkeys were being shown in the next arena.  Nevertheless, I still managed a 2nd in the 2'3" class.

Last night I got mauled.  Vet came out today to check me over.  All well thankfully.
